Welcome to the Grange Zine.
A student magazine produced by
students for students at our college.
The Grange Zine is a monthly student magazine. It has all types of fun stuff like puzzles, fashion, web sites and lots more. If you need to know whats going on in the school and out of the school, the Grange Zine is the place to come!

Hi my name is Emily and I’m in Grade 6. I just transferred into the Grange Primary from Ripponlea. I have two cats named Tabby and Gandolf and am hoping to get a pet snake. My hobbies are cooking and reading. I have a little sister named Chloe who is 2 years old. My favourite TV show is Growing up Creepie.
BJ
Hi, I’m Bj. I love watching TV, going on the internet, being creative, and having fun! I have 2 sisters and 1 brother who have finished school. I have 2 dogs called Nikia, and Meko. My favourite foods are Mac & Cheese, Noodles, and Ice-Cream. So far I am enjoying making the Zine!
Beck
Hi. My name is Rebecca. My favourite T.V show is Neighbours. I have one pet dog named holly who is eight years old, three lizards named Jo, Scatt and Hopper who are three years old and two rats named Cherry and Peach who are five months old. My favourite foods are Noodles, Pasta, Celery, Shepherds Pie, Bacon, Eggs, Potatoes and Tomatoes. I love doing crafty stuff and I am enjoying doing this magazine.
Majar
Hi I’m Majar. I love to watch music videos, play sport, make things and draw. I love lasagne, bacon and egg and shepherds pie. My favourite T.V show is The Simpsons. I have one dog her name is Apple. I have never done a magazine so this should be exciting!
Kosta
Hi I’m Kosta. I like listening to music, playing sport, making crafty things, helping people, doing my hair and I am really enjoying creating the zine. One of the best things I love in the world (apart from my family), is my Xbox 360.
Mereana
Hi, I’m Mereana. I’m 12 yrs old & I like to watch Neighbours, Home & Away etc. I love playing soccer, netball, footy, basketball and I like listening to music. I have loads of friends, they are funny, smart and great to spend time with. The most important thing in the world to me besides my family is my DS Lite. I have a great time with the other students from the Zine team.
Jacob
Hi all readers. My name is Jacob and I was born in Williamstown in 96. I immediately fell in love with football (AFL). Being trained privately I gained strength in all positions. I play privately against kids that are 5 years older than me. I enjoy playing and watching the game, it’s my passion.
Jade
Hi my name’s Jade. I’m 12 years old. My favourite TV show is Home and Away. I play for a soccer team called the Vipers and I also do dancing out of school. I am part of the GZine team. Look at the great competitions we have.
Tyson
Hi my name is Tyson and I play basketball for the Werribee Devils and the Cambridge Crusaders. I like Basketball so much. When I grow up I want to play Basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers. I also like to play my XBOX 360. I am very funny and I am having fun doing the GZine.

Thanks Peter. The kids were excited to see their very first comment posted on their blog. They would now like to formally launch their zine. They suggested non alcoholic champagne would go down well!

Hi Grange Ziners,
Just browsing the site and enjoyed reading the book and movie review section.
It is great to see you all working so collaboratively together on Thursdays. I like that the original Ziners are now mentoring a new group, which will make sure that it continues on.
I was recently overseas and thought that I might be able to add a country that wasn’t on the visitor location cluster map, but I wasn’t able to access the internet too often, so here’s another one from happy Melbourne instead.
