Safe Blogging Tips

  • Use your first name only when you are writing a post, page or comment

  • Never use anyone’s last name

  • Never post any personal information (home phone number or home address)

  • Your usernames or passwords should not ne shared with anyone. It’s your secret!

  • Never log in as another student

  • Tell your parents or teacher right away if you come across anything that makes you feel uncomfortable

  • Remember anything you put on the internet could be read by anyone in the world so only write things you would say to your grandmother.

  • Be a responsible online citizen and never write or post anything that could hurt people’s feelings

  • Publish only your own work.

  • Read before you publish! Have a friend check your writing before you post it to check the spelling and that it all makes sense.

Thanks for the tips but I don’t get what you mean when you say ONLY PUBLISH WHAT YOU SAY TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER
